खान्देश वार्ता-(धुळे)
गेल्या काही दिवसांपासून धुळ्यातीलअवधान टोलचा विषय ऐरणीवर आला आहे. अवधान टोल नाक्यावर होत असलेली टोलवसुली ही अत्यंत अपारदर्शक यंत्रणा आहे. टोल कंत्राटांपासून ते टोल किती गोळा झाला, येथपर्यंतची कोणतीच माहिती नागरिकांना समजत नाही. २०१३मध्ये केंद्र सरकारने ही सर्व माहिती स्वतःहून संकेतस्थळावर प्रसिद्ध केली पाहिजे, असे परीपत्रक काढले आहे.
२०१६ पासून दर वर्षी या रस्त्यावर धावणारी वाहने १० टक्क्यांनी वाढत असताना, टोलचे दर कमी होणे अपेक्षित आहे. त्यामुळे दरमहा या नाक्यावरून जाणारी वाहने, जमा टोल यांची माहिती प्रसिद्ध झाली पाहिजे. रस्त्याचा दर्जा आणि त्यावरील सुविधा सुमार दर्जाच्या आहेत. वाहतूक घनता खूप आहे. सर्व्हिस रोडचा प्रश्नच आहे. कागदोपत्री हजारो झाडे लावली गेली असून त्याचीही माहिती नागरिकांना मिळणे अपेक्षित आहे. याची उत्तरे एनएचएआई, आयएसटीपीएल आणि एनपीएसच्या जबाबदारांनी दिली पाहिजेत.
झोलमुळेच दर कमी होत नाहीत…..!
या टोलवर एनपीएस कंपनी व्यवस्थापनाने मालामाल होण्यासाठी टोलच्या सिस्टीमध्येच बदल केल्याचे सांगितले जाते. २० किमी पुढील अवजड मालवाहू वाहनांना स्थानिक वाहन दाखवून त्यांना सोडले जाते. शिरपूर, शिंदखेडा, जळगाव, चोंडी, एरंडोल यासह इतर ठिकाणांहून टोलवर येणारी वाहने देखील स्थानिक वाहन दाखवून सोडली जातात. अशा प्रकारे महिन्याकाठी मोठा झोल करण्यात येत आहे. वाळूसह इतर माफियांकडून प्रतिवाहनासाठी महिन्याची विशीष्ट रक्कम ठरवण्यात आल्याचे कळते. यात थेट आयएसटीपीएल कंपनीच्या अधिकाऱ्यांना देखील आर्थिक लाभ दिला जात असल्याचे कळते. यामुळे या रस्त्यावरील धावणारी वाहने किती हे समजून येत नाही. त्यामुळेच टोलचे दर कमी होत नसल्याची ओरड होत आहे.
